A major reorganization in the Governor's Office means the race for Missouri's top elected office is heating up. Rich Kurz reports from Jefferson City:
Governor Carnahan announced his chief of staff, Marc Farinella, was stepping down.
But that doesn't mean Farinella, who headed Carnahan's 19-92 gubenatorial campaign, is out of the picture completely.
Farinella says he'll be very involved in Carnahan's re-election bid:
Replacing Farinella as the governor's chief of staff will be Roy Temple.
Currently, Templ is the deputy chief of staff. SOC
