When Margaret Kelly kicked off her campaign last month, she promised to reveal her agenda on issues like taxes, education and crime.
So far she's only unveiled her tax cut proposal.
Kelley's campaign says she's making her positions clear on the campaign trail and will be clarifying her positions in upcoming forums. But Kelley Campaign staffer, Randy Kammerdiener (Kamer-deener) says there will be no more position papers.
