OutCue: SOC

If you park in a handicapped space without a permit or with an unauthorized permit, you could pay up to 300 dollars. Minimum payment would be 50 dollars under the suggested law.

St. Charles area Representative Bill Luetkenhaus proposed the measure that requires signs warning about the fines at restricted parking places.

Actuality: Bill Luetkenhaus
RunTime:
OutCue: "...they should back out."
Contents: When some people run out for milk they will try to park in the close handicapped space. He hopes that now people will think twice about the fine and pull out.

The bill also requires that a handicapped person be with the car when a permit is used.

Now the bill moves to the Senate for debate.
