New technology is bringing changes to the Missouri blue book just in time for the millennium. Kristin Marinec has that story from Jefferson City.
For the first time in history the Official Manual for Missouri will be available online--and on cd rom.
Secretary of State Bekki Cook says the web page will improve accessability and increase readership of the manual.
She also says digital technology improved picture quality and sped up the book-making process.
The web page is still in progress, and Cook says it should be finished in about one year. Reporting from the state capitol, I'm Kristin Marinec.

Missouri's Secretary of State released the state's brand new Official Manual--commonly called the "blue book."
Bekki Cook says for the first time the manual will be available in its entirity on the Internet and on cd rom.
Cook hopes Missouri students and the general public will benefit from the website.
