It was a break in the main water line in the capital's basement that poored out nearly one-million gallons of water.
Although cleanup crews began working almost immediately, state officials estimate it will take several days to clean up the mess.

Among other things, the water pipe break forced the state to shut off water to the governor's mansion for a while.
