Missouri's Democratic Party accused Republicans of felony violations of Missouri election law. Travis Thompson has more from the state Capital.

Campaign committees can legally obtain absentee voter lists.

But, contacting those voters to influence their vote is illegal.

That is what democrats say republicans are doing.

State Republican Spokesman Paul Sloca says Republicans aren't doing anything illegal.

Robin Carnahan is the Democratic nominee for Secretary of State. She doesn't buy that explanation.
