Republican Senators invited lobbyists to participate in breakfast roundtable discussions that cost 1000 dollars a plate.
The invitations have sparked a controversy over lobbyist influence in the Senate.
House Minority Leader Jeff Harris says he's working on legislation to address this type of fundraising.
In the past, Harris introduced legislation to require lobbyists to disclose their earnings.
