Auditor's Suit of MOHELA Dropped

Intro: The state auditor's office launched an investigation into one public records debate, just as it has reached an agreement in another.

According to the Associated Press, the auditor's office is looking into the firing of a former lawyer to the governor who raised allegations of the destruction of public records by the governor's office.

At the same time, the auditor's office has ended its lawsuit against the state's college loan authority, which had denied the office access to its closed documents.

Now the two sides have reached an agreement, and Samantha Brewer, the Public Affairs Coordinator for the auditor's office, says the agreement isn't missing anything.
