The Committee for Educational Equality says they did not anticipate to lose the school funding case, but are looking to the future.
Tyler Laney, Superintendent of Crane School District and the Vice Chairman of the committee that's suing the state of Missouri says he believes there will be support for an appeal after the final judgement is filed.

A second hearing on September 20th will decide minor details of the case. After the final judgement is handed down, the clock starts ticking for the committee to file an appeal.
