Democratic Representative Jeff Harris, who is currently running for Attorney General, criticized the Governor's request for his e-mail records and said it's an attempt to intimidate and bully him.

Description: "They're not going to succeed because certainly this governor has never intimidated and has never bullied me and I'm not going to let him start now."

Harris said he will comply with the Sunshine Law but said the Governor's move conveniently sparks unanswered questions.

Run Time: 00:13
Description: "But that still doesn't answer the question as to what he is going to do. If we're ever going to get to the bottom of what happened in his office or in the office of administration with emails that, according to the allegations of a lawsuit, were destroyed. "
Governor Blunt's office refused to comment.
