The bill would change the notification system for accused fathers to receive notice they have been alleged as father in person, not from the mail.
Men who can show probable cause they are not the father will be able to get a court order for a DNA Test.
The legislation would protect men who can prove 100% they are not the father from ever again having to pay child support.

The House voted unanimously on a bill changing the notification system for men who are wrongfully accused fathers.
Currently,accused fathers find out through the mail.
This legislation would require an in-person visit notifying the individual they have been named and ordered to pay child support.
