Supporters filled the tiny metallic tables in the Uptown Theater. All hunched over their seats to hear the television giving live updates of the polls.
Expected guests tonight are Attorney General Chris Koster, Jackson County Executive Mike Sanders, Jackson County Legislator Crystal Williams, Missouri Congressman Emanuel Cleaver and the current State Auditor Susan Montee.
A Democratic Party Watcher, Kathleen Connors says she feels this election has been a little discouraging.
