Wrap: State Senator Matt Bartle testified Tuesday before a Federal Grand Jury hearing here in Kansas City which he says is investigating the circumstances around the defeat of his 2005 bill which would have placed major restrictions on the adult entertainment industry.

Bartle declined what exactly investigators asked him, but he did say he believes there's a link between the bill's defeat and the and $35,000 donation from an adult entertainment mogul to campaign committee associate who was then Speaker Rod Jetton.
