Missouri's legislature will decide Wednesday if it will override Gov. Jay Nixon's vetoes. Michael Langenberg has more from Jefferson City.

Wrap: The Republican-led House will try to override Gov. Jay Nixon's veto that would give the legislature more control over federal funds.

House Speaker Ron Richard says a separate account should be created for funds from the federal government.

Richard says it improve transparency.

But Gov. Nixon says the bill is unnecessary.

Missouri's legislature voted nearly unanimously in favor of the bill in the spring.

It'll have to pass with a two-thirds majority Wednesday to get past the governor's veto.
