Mamtek Attempted to Get Money from Chinese Investors through Federal Immigration Policy

Seattle attorney Dan Harris who specializes in legal issues of Chinese businesses says the U.S. immigration office is aware of this growing immigration investment.

Under U.S. immigration policy, known as EB5, foreign investors and their family members get visas if they invest $500,000 for at least 5 years.
