St. Louis County Representative Stacey Newman spoke against the bill.

She says there's no reason to require Missourians to present photo-id.

Newman says voter impersonation is similar to the issue of voter fraud.

She says she doesn't know how a cartoon, dead person, or a pet can actually show up to vote because it doesn't happen and it never will.

St. Louis County Representative Tommie Pierson opposes the voter-id bill.

He says we have no money, so why are we trying to pass legislation for something that people already have in the first place.

Also, St. Louis County Representative Stacey Newman spoke against the bill and condemned all the females in the room.

Newman says this bill is a national movement trying to take away voting rights.
