Missouri Senate passed a bill allowing candidate committees to contribute to political action committees.

Kansas City Senator KiKi Curls says that the current wording doesn’t allow elected officials to buy to PAC sponsored events with candidate committee dollars.

Description: "We are prohbited from participating in adverstising in any those booklets, in participating from purchasing meal tickets,or anything associated in those events, even for consituentcies.

After adding amendments to clear up the wording, the bill passed unanimously.

Cape Girardeau Senator Jason Crowell ensured the bill did not have a loophole for allowing PACS to pay for elected offical educational trips.
