Wrap: Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich Tuesday blasted the state's main banking advocate, the Missouri Bankers Association.

Schweich says the M-B-A is trying to shield themselves after an audit of the state Division of Finance revealed "critical oversight" of some banking practices.

An M-B-A lawsuit, Schweich says, is preventing him from fully investigating the Division of Finance.

Schweich says state representative Sue Allen will file legislation letting him ignore the M-B-A lawsuit.
