Wrap: Republicans announced their decision to drop 300 million dollars worth of tax credits for warehouses from the China-hub proposal.

The warehouse tax credits could pose a rare investment originally included in the China-hub plan: dishing out tax payer dollars before seeing economic return.

Republican Senator from Cape Girardeau, Jason Crowell, seems unsure on the future of this legislation.

Run Time:  00:12
Description: "At the end of the day the one thing that has become abundantly clear is there is no deal. So now we're kind of seeing if there is an ability to reach a consensus on this legislation."

That's the issue on the Senate floor this afternoon.
