Description: "If we do nothing, in 10 or 15 years from now I-70 is a graveled parking lot." |
MoDOT's three different options for self-funded toll projects range in cost from two to four billion dollars.
And to make up those costs, motorists could pay 10 to 15 cents a mile.
That means a car traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City could be charged as much as 30 dollars.
As of the testimonies, no formal bill had been filed.
