Wrap: A bill that would bar public sector unions from withholding fees from employee paychecks ended in a filibuster and discussion about the Senate's calendar.

Democratic Senator Tim Green of Saint Louis County filibustered the bill, sponsored by Republican Dan Brown of Rolla.

The filibuster provoked Democratic Senator Victor Callahan to question the importance of the legislation being placed on the agenda.
