Wrap: House Speaker Republican Tim Jones called the legislative session a "historic success" on multiple fronts.

Jones touted an income tax cut, fixing the Second Injury Fund, and protecting from what he calls government overreach.

Minority Floor Leader Jacob Hummel says the session was a failure.

Description: "The Speaker touted his three Es. Clearly we had three Es. They just happened to be extremism, extremism, extremism."

Hummel says the session became a failure three weeks ago when Medicaid expansion died in the state legislature.

St. Louis Senator Jamilah Nasheed says she helped create an interim committee designed to look into Medicaid expansion over the summer, and she considers that a small victory.
