Wrap: A Stoddard County court has ordered the governor to testify in a case that involves license offices sharing information about gun owners as part of a federal law called Real I.D.

Earlier this month, Nixon order license offices to stop scanning concealed carry endorsements.

But Russell Oliver, the lawyer in the Stoddard County case, says that's not good enough because license offices are still scanning other personal documents.

Actuality:  OLIVER2B.WAV
Run Time:  00:13
Description: "So they were willing to give up the one piece of paper that Real ID compliance doesn't require them to scan, but they're going to scan every other document. To me that's a semantic solution that really does not fix this problem."

Nixon is to testify in Stoddard County on May 3rd.
