Wrap: Democratic Governor Jay Nixon got some great news today when the Supreme Court ruled the state auditor did not have standing to challenge his withholding from the budget.
The court ruled Schweich sued too early -- before the end of the fiscal year.
Schweich says his office will choose to either refile the suit, or restrict the governor's authority through the legislature.
House Fiscal Review Chairman Tom Flanigan says he will work with the auditor because he thinks Nixon is hurting the state with his withholds.
