Wrap: State education officials say three-thousand students won't finish the school year if lawmakers don't give the Normandy district 6.8 million dollars.
Students in the unaccredited Normandy district are allowed to attend schools in other districts on Normandy's dime, but Department of Education spokeswoman Sarah Potter says that is running the district dry.

| Description: "Now they are having to spend quite a bit of money out of the district, and yet they still have seventy-five percent of their students in the district that they still need to educate." | |
Potter says Normandy will shut down by March without the funding, and the students will all have to go to new districts next year.
