That's the way a Capitol Police Officer found a Kahr CM9 9mm pistol inside a public restroom at the Missouri State Capitol on Friday morning.
After some investigations, police found the gun belonged to David Evans - House Speaker Tim Jones' newly hired legislative assistant.
Evans had a conceal carry permit for the gun and police gave it back to him.
