Wrap: The Missouri Senate gave final approval to a bill eliminating Common Core Standards in three years.

The bill forms two, 14-member committees that will write the state's education standards and allows local school districts to write their own standards.

Governor Jay Nixon has yet to decide whether to sign or veto the bill. Calls to Nixon spokesman Scott Holste went unreturned Thursday night.
