Wrap: An Associated Press article published Monday said the Normandy school district was spending nearly $100,000 on lobbying while seeking a $5 million cash infusion from the legislature.
Republican State Representive Andrew Koenig says if lawmakers were to vote on giving $5 million to the Normandy school district, he would not vote to fund it.
Koenig says Normandy has let their students down repeatedly and it is up to them to save themselves.
