Planned Parenthood attorney Chuck Hatfield says the organization wants Dempsey to answer questions about why the creation of the committee was never voted on by the full Senate.

The organization is being held in contempt of Senate for refusing to provide patient documents to the committee Dempsey created last November while he was serving as pro tem.

Planned Parenthood attorney Chuck Hatfield said they want Dempsey to answer questions about its creation at a hearing on Monday.
