Description:
Change the Unemployment Compensation law coverage provisions so Missouri can be eligible for extension of the federal unemployment compensation coverage. HA 1 repeals the 10-year limit on the time period for bonds that can be issued to finance years when the fund does not have money to pay unemployment claims. SS cuts six weeks from benefits from 26 to 20 weeks of state funded support.
