HB 1102 Sponsor:Gatschenberger, Chuck Status: H Veterans Description: Change the allocation of state funds from gambling boat fees. Allocate all of the fees to the Veteran's Commission Capitol Improvement Trust fund after the National Guard trust fund and the neighborhood assistance fund caps are met. Currently, once those two caps are met, the money is subject to appropriation.

Expand the court fee charged for the fund to include local traffic violations as well as state law traffic violations.

HB 1353 Sponsor:Gatschenberger, Chuck Status: H Budget Description: Effectively prohibit Planned Parenthood or other family-planning agencies from getting state funds for family planning. Technically, the bill establishes a priority for agencies that get family planning money that is limited to government-owned facilities, hospitals, rural health clinics and health centers established under federal law to serve medically underserved populations.
