* SS HCS HB 1124 Sponsor:Kolkmeyer, Glen Status: Back to H Description: Expand the definition of off-the-road recreational vehicles and utility vehicles. Increase the maximum weight for a utility vehicle. Repeal provisions restricting off-the-road vehicles to those with handlebars for steering and a seat that is straddled by the operator. The SS would ban the all-electric car produced by Tesla from being sold in Missour by requiring cars be sold only by licensed dealers. Tesla sells directly.

HB 1938 Sponsor:Kolkmeyer, Glen Status: H Transportation Description: Repeal the penalty provision for a truck driving in the far left lane of highways with more than three lanes in one direction in St. Charles and Jefferson counties. The bill keeps the prohibition, but there would be no penalty for violating the prohibition. There is, however, another law that imposes the ban on freeways in any urban area.
