Each state would agree to appoint electors who support the candidate who got the most votes nationally. It would apply only if enough states join the compact that constitute a majority of the electoral college votes. Would have made Hillary Clinton rather than Donald Trump president in 2017.

Eliminate a sales tax exemption for sale of some boats.

HJR 57 Sponsor:Carpenter, Jon Status: H 2nd Read Description: Provide a property tax exemption for a veteran with total service disability. The current Constitution limits the exemption to disabled former prisoners of war. Also limit th exemption to $200,000 of the actual property value.
