Require the Social Services Department to allow expiration of a federal waiver granted the state that exempts food stamp recipients from work requirements. Also require Food Stamp benefit cards have a photo one year after the state is granted such a waiver.

The amended HCS requires navigators be bonded. The governor vetoed a similar bill, SB 508, in 2014. Navigators are a component of Ibanacare - the federal Affordable Care Act to help persons pick a health insurance plan.
