Include some workers of public officials. Let the Ethics Commission provide financial rewards to those who report ethics violations from the resulting fines. Prohibit filing for office as a "feigned candidate" just to take votes away from another candidate.

Require the Ethics Commission establish an online filing system for reporting within 24 hours a lobbyist gift of expenditure for a public official. Expand campaign finance disclosure requirments.
