HB 511 Sponsor:Ellinger, Rory Status: H Judiciary Description: Change the criminal record expungement provision for misdemeanors to include any non-violent misdemeanor except for some sex offenses. Shorten the time before a filing can be made from ten years to five years after the misdemeanor. Increase the filing cost from $100 to $500.
