HB 1749 Sponsor:Roden, Shane Status: H Public Safety Description: Prohibit primary enforcement of the law setting requirements on motorcycle helmets by adults. Require that the motorcycle rider be stopped for some other violation before the rider can be charged with not wearing a helmet. And allow only one violation ticket in a 24-hour period.
