* HB 1800 Sponsor:Pace, Sharon Status: H 2nd Read Description: Increase the limit of how much of the budget of a city in St. Louis County can be financed by traffic fines from 12.5 percent to 20 percent. Cities in the rest of the state are limited to 20 percent. A group of St. Louis County cities filed suit in 2015 challenging a lower limit for St. Louis County cities under the limits approved in the 2015 legislative session.
