* HB 1142 Sponsor:Flanigan, Tom Status: H Perf Description: Provide a one-time amnesty of penalties for persons who owe back state taxes if they are paid by the end of October, 2014. Last year, the administration estimated the measure could bring in more than $25 million in taxes that would not otherwise be collected.

* HB 1259 Sponsor:Flanigan, Tom Status: H Budget Description: Create a subcommittee of the Joint Committee on Legislative Research to develop a revenue estimate to be used in the budget process. Exempt all records of the subcommittee from the public records law. For the 2014 session, legislative budget leaders and the governor's budget director could not reach agreement on a "consensus revenue estimate."
