Description:
Change the limit on class size for the firearms safety instruction required for a concealed weapons permit. Change the current limit of no more than 40 students in a class to 40 students per instructor. The House version giving a right to students to possess a toy firearm, vocalize an imaginary weapon and drawing an image of a weapon.
