Description:
Increase the rate of the phase in for income tax cuts and the ultimate cut for both the personal and business income tax in the tax-cut bill passed in 2014. The 2014 bill ultimately cut the highest personal income tax rate to 5.5%. This bill would cut it to 5%. The ultimate cut in business income tax would be cut from 25% to 50% when fully phased in.

Reduce from 30 percent to 20 percent the amount of a city budget that can be financed from traffic violations for all but towns in St. Louis County. Lower the limit of St. Louis County and towns in the county to 12.5 percent. Transfer the excess to county schools. Limit the total of fines and court costs that can be charged in minor traffic violations to $300.
