* SB 558 Sponsor:Chappelle-Nadal, Maria Status: S Appropriations Description: Establish a program by which homeowners near of the potentially radioactive West Lake Landfill in St. Louis County could sell their homes to the state Natural Resources Department. Require a seller of property contaminated by radioactive material disclose that information to a buyer or renter in writing.

Allow school funds to pay for students to transfer to private schools. Base accreditation upon attendance centers rather than the entire district.
