Have Missouri enter national Streamlined Sales Tax agreement that would assure taxation of Internet sales. It requires uniformity in state and local sales tax exemptions and processes and establishes provisions for governing taxes imposed on out-of-state sellers. It effectively is a mechanism for Missouri to collect sales taxes on sales through internet by businesses not located in Missouri.

The House added a number of unrelated issues covering abortion, aborted fetus remains, medical liability lawsuits, health planrate change notification requirements, ew-born screening, collaborative practice agreements, inspection requirements for veterinarian x-ray inspections and much more.
