Description: Expand the definition of off-the-road recreational vehicles and utility vehicles. Increase the maximum weight for a utility vehicle. Repeal provisions restricting off-the-road vehicles to those with handlebars for steering and a seat that is straddled by the operator. The SS would ban the all-electric car produced by Tesla from being sold in Missour by requiring cars be sold only by licensed dealers. Tesla sells directly.
